Class of 2022 QB Byrum Brown (NC)

Leads 4A East in total yards from scrimmage with 1200+ 900+ passing and 12 TDs to 1 INT. I think he is 6'4.5" now.
The biggest problem for his recruiting was that he was 5'4" his freshman year. I thought Duke was going to offer as he was very high on their board. South Carolina also liked him a lot but were already committed to 2 other QB recruits.

Byrum finished his season just shy 5000 offensive yards 3800+ passing. 56 TDs, 43 passing and 4 INTs. We lost a close game in the semifinals to the state winners. In 3 varsity seasons, Byrum emassed 10,000 offensive yds 115 TDs. Finalist for NC player of the year.

I looked quickly at some film. Mostly threw touch passes. Didn't see many throws showcasing a strong arm. Is arm strength a problem?
