Excuse me gentlemen, but Weigman is out of the conversation after committing to Houston. If you think we still have a chance at him, and I do not think you want his skills after reading the threads, I believe you should stop talking about him and conjure up someone else you think we have a chance at.

I’d want him if the staff can see him being on the 2 deep. If not, I don’t want him anywhere near the program. We don’t need more CDRW’s and Braden Davis’s. We need guys even at the 3rd and 4th string that could be starters in a year or two and guys at the #2 that can step in and still help us win if needed.

I agree today with HCFB as our leader, but back when we recruited both CDRW and Davis, we were hoping for a spark that we obviously did not get. We were not in the position then that we are today. I am very grateful for that. You are correct. We do not need third and fourth string quarterbacks today, even if they are at the top tier schools. McCord showed us what the best can offer.
