I think it is fair to say if we did not have Jakhari Williams impressively running the scout team, we would be highly excited about the prospects of this highly recruited Lone Star pro style QB.
Recognizing that highlight film only shows the best plays, Carney's film shows many accurate strong throws. Take look at hudl.
Certainly a pro style QB presents line challenges but Luke is not slow and he is good size.
