I think Rich will be the best athlete we have had at QB since McNabb. Though Filardi is also a greaa athlete very close to him.

Yes his size is going to limit him and when he is in, you won’t see us running an NFL type offense. He is going to roll out a lot and make the defense make tough choices on RPOs.

You put him in and he can change the offense in a fundamental way right away. If used correctly, he can be a nice weapon for us.

He’s unproven, but my uninformed take is that he’s going to make some noise. Seems to be a player of pedigree, character, and faith. That counts for something. Russell Wilson and Doug Flutie were great quarterbacks. We’ll see.

QBs Williams, Kearney, and Belin are the kind of players you need to be a top program. This was missing in the past. Seemed like many of the second string quarterbacks (Culpepper, CDRW, Villari and even Mahoney) were of the break glass in case of emergency caliber. The times they are a-changing.
