Just why he would want to come to Syracuse over other schools?

Also Nunz was the high school coach at Bergen Catholic until 2017.

The funny thing is, we've had so many down QB years post-1999, a guy like Downing [who barely played here] might have been a quality starter those years when we were desperate for a QB. In 1999, he was arguably third on the depth chart.
Downing would have been a 7-8-9 win QB.

Talent wise, McNabb should have been a 10-win QB multiple years. Except for many factors - OL, DL, fluke plays, coaching blunders, his own doing...
 
Collins is still getting paid a lot of money. More than he will get if he hits the portal again.

This is a good scenario for him really. Get well paid to be a backup then be the guy for the next two seasons.

Or beat out Angeli, straight up.

If both of these guys are highly functional, I wonder if Nixon would play them situationally.
