If Zaid can keep working on his accuracy I think we have something here. I’m not saying it’ll be a Sellers kind of diamond in the rough but I definitely see something special

Zaid is having himself a very nice season. Providence Day is 9-0 and ranked #2 in North Carolina per Max Preps.

1726 yds passing with a 64% completion rate. Has 23 TD’s to 1 INT passing and adds 562 yds rushing for a 7.1 ypc and 10 TD’s.

I wanted to point out one other thing that seems pretty dumb to me. Which is that Zaid Lott was given his 247 rating of an 85 in July of 2024. So this was before his junior season and after his Sophomore season where he was just 21 for 26 passing for 321 yds. It is not very often you see a rankings change from 247. The composite tends to change a little but I have noticed you don’t typically see a change from 247. Well at least for SU signings that is.
