Though our Orange suffered a loss, I am encouraged a little.
We played the #8 team, racked up 429 yards against them.
The defense played solid.
The defense had five turnovers.
The receiver corp. is improving.
Hunt passed for more than he rushed.
Team stayed together.
Still need to work on :
Scoring (killer instinct)
Hunt needs to settle down before a game, not in the 2nd quarter.
Need points off turnovers (glad D agreed on that one and scored the pick six)
Not happy with the whole game plan but glad to see McD open it up with some downfield action.
Appears as though Hunt may not be in total command of the playbook and that McD is feeding him more each week.
I think the Louisville game is well within our grasp. It will not be easy but these kids are putting the whole game together.
