Last thing I remember was him saying he was offered as a rb. Other teams wanted him in the secondary but he wanted to be a rb. Haven't seen anything besides people speculating that he'd be moved.Have we piece together if he's coming as an RB or DB? Seems like he's a better performer in the secondary (where we need lots of help)

Even if the staff saw him there, they obviously wouldn't tell him that until he's on campus, it doesn't matter.Hope he seriously stays at rb. This kid could be a difference maker at rb. That was also his selling point to committ to the cuse. If we see him as a db he will be a serious flip risk.

And very easily he could be off campus in a flash too.
He had less than 500 yards rushing this year. Sorry but an ACC running back does much, much, much better than that in a senior season. He was hurt his junior year and basically lost his role as primary ball carrier and wasn't even the best running back on his high school team this year. With that said he is a highly touted DB and looks amazing on defense.
I think you can bring him in as a RB and give him the fair shot you promised - while knowing that he can play D if it doesn't work out. No need to decide now, we can keep our word.
