I know that someone mentioned that he will announce via a live internet feed, but does anyone know what time he will be announcing that he is coming to Syracuse to play football?

In this case, silence is a good thing. This recruit has handled this process unlike few we have seen. If Syracuse was out, they likely will receive a notice beforehand as a courteous.
 
Not saying it's much but I looked at Robert's Twitter (can't lie I was stalking) but I noticed he followed Ellison and Pickard the last couple of days and no other player from another recruiting class/other team other than those 2. Also I noticed he has favorited basically nothing but pro syracuse things the last couple of months as recent as today. Hopefully it's a lead for good things to come.

I agree. In this case, we are unlike the others. Coming in 2nd place is not a big deal for the other programs. Coming in second for us is a much bigger deal. Given that Robert has acted with such class, my hope is that we wouldn't be strung along. Therefore, I am cautiously optimistic.

The 15 kids have all been asking him to follow back the last few weeks he has followed a few shy pickard for a while now Ellison more recently

Still a good sign, I don't see him following back any other players from any other teams recently. Just our kids and some of his friends. Oh and a couple people part of the CuseTwitterArmy.

Id go so far as to say he would make our class almost single handedly. Forget early or late. If he pushes back the announcement date to signing day and then says its cuse it would be just as huge for us.

Although admittedly momentum to the class as a whole would be stunted immensely if he waited. But let's all hope for a cuse announcement on Saturday!

There were 4 kids about middle of the year last year that we were involved with for 2016 that were sure fire 4 star prospects that, at the time, it looked like we had a good shot with. We're out of it for 3 of them (Liam Smith, Patrice Rene, and Parker Boudreaux) and RW is the last one. We need him.

Well my point was it doesn't matter when just that we get him. Because you are right we need a program changer and he could clearly be it
