Yeah, Brooks is from Pa., but he transferred to Saint Frances in Baltimore (near me). The Panthers were the No. 2 national team this past season, per multiple media outlets. Same school as 2026 LB commit Maurice Medley and 2027 TE Michael Nnabuife, who has the Orange among his finalists and plans to visit this Saturday for a junior day!
