I agree. He is very talented but for some reason he's not always part of the game plan. Some games they look at him and some games they dont go to him at all. I don't understand it.

Is that the gameplan or qb tendencies?

I see RPO's for the TE's for some games then I dont see them in other games. So I lean towards game planning.
