I remember DB saying that the O cannot get red and rotten. It does seem to be the case. He brought in Gilbert because he knew the system, but that seems to be the problem.
DB should have brought someone in with a different O philosophy and meld his and the new coaches approach.
I know Gilbert is not going anywhere but he and DB need to start looking at other offenses and incorporating other aspects into the offense to change things and give different looks. That would keep things green and good.
