I've been working on this for two days. The only solution I can offer on my end is to create different styles for different ad vendors. If you see two or three redirects in a short span, try changing to either the AO or the PO style. If that doesn't work, send me a DM. Let me know which style you are using when it happens, and I'll see what I can do.
