Great hire. I worked with Regy in the insurance business and he is a great guy who bleeds orange and is super passionate. He will do well here

I'm fine with this hire. He showed that he can coach good defense at Florida and learned offense from his time with Gait. Apparently, he is a very good recruiter. His first challenge is to make sure the roster stays put and perhaps adds some transfers.
