The focus NOW should be on getting the truth out as quickly and forthrightly as possible.
To that end, SU should release the 2005 report asap.
The longer it takes, the more it looks like SU (and therefore Jim Boeheim, too) has something to hide.

Don't release the report. Make sure the SPD and DA's office have it -- which I'm sure they do. And let them deal with it. This is not something that needs to be released to the public right now.

Note: The cops have the report, & they probably won't release until the investigation is done. Its no longer SU's call...at least I don't think it is.

How do we release the report when it means outing the people that were questioned?

Someone mentioned the other day it was released to the DA and is now part of an investigation. Doubtful it can be released by the University at this point. Maybe through a FOIA request on the part of a news organization?
