Do we know who is actually responsible for coordinating the NIL program? Do we have a liaison from the advancement department who helps cultivate leads and funnels them toward the collectives? Is Red ultimately responsible for building out these relationships?

Considering how core Syracuse basketball is both to the City and to an affluent, Tri-State-heavy alumni base, I'm just finding it hard to believe that we're somehow getting consistently outbid by teams that should have far fewer resources than we do.
