Great, this is what I get for looking at this site one last time before bed. By morning everyone will be panicked again. The posts cited above will have been deleted, but why, cuz he's a troll or cuz he's for real?

Hard to believe a victim would come out on facebook and give details about how he is currently "in discussion with detectives"

The dude pretending to be a victim is a troll. People responding to him with legit questions are just fueling his fire. He's bored and wants to rile up some cuse fans.

FTR I've felt a lot better about this whole situation over the past couple days since it has quieted down on ESPN... but this Tomaselli kid is either the worst news to ever happen to SU Basketball or a professional troll with lots of time on his hands, no friends, nothing going in life, and very poor judgement. Let's hope it's the latter

The fact that he keeps engaging and initiating argument makes me think hes just some loser, the more he keeps talking the less credible he seems.
 
What makes him professional? If he kept to commenting to his own post it would have been pretty funny. He gave it away early by commenting on other posts before making his own.

He came in, started making stupid comments on others' posts, got bored, then made his own victim post to rile up more feedback.

The reason I'm leaning towards troll is this. He uses very proper spelling and grammar when talking about how he was molested by Fine, then he says things like ", u dont know what ur talking about"... very poor language, why would that suddenly change

Spelling and grammar aside, I think we can safely assume any random on the OTL Facebook page claiming to be a victim is simply stirring up and we probably shouldn't put too much thought into it.

Let's go back to talking about more important things, like whether Fab can rock the skinny jeans or not.

    Ryan Tomaselli Why wouldnt I? Bernie can't be charged in my case cuz the statute of limitations has passed. Im upset to see nothing but hate towards Swartz and ESPN and nothing but support for Fine when I know the truth. I will tell anyone exactly what happened to me anytime. IK i said I wouldnt but I really wasnt advised not to. I just want people to believe me sooo badly so that another kid is not hurt. It is soo painful to go through what I have. I dont know how but I want justice. I dont want it to happen EVER again

    Ryan Tomaselli I have talked to Swartz, detective Santana, and Bobby several times. I dont care if Swartz reports on my story or not. He hasnt made that decision and probably wont till I fly to Syracuse and talk to detectives face to face.
 
He's repeatedly spelled Schwarz wrong
If he were a person of interest, detectives would FLY TO SEE HIM, not the other way around

Hes friends with mad people from NY, CNY area...only reason hes creepin me out even though I think hes just trying to get attention.

Yeah, now I see that. Even has a friend that was an 05 grad at SU. Wonder if Schwarz caught wind of Occupy OTL and asked him to post a few comments to give us something to think about...
