  Ryan Tomaselli I have talked to Swartz, detective Santana, and Bobby several times. I dont care if Swartz reports on my story or not. He hasnt made that decision and probably wont till I fly to Syracuse and talk to detectives face to face.

Honestly, if this kid has been in touch with any law enforcement, the first thing they're going to tell him is "don't put anything on the internet regarding the case". Anyone taking some random person with CNY ties seriously in this situation should probably look up gullible in the dictionary, because I heard it was spelled wrong.

Probably not, doesnt make me think we shouldnt be doing it though. Guy already said he talked to Schwarz so its not like he was so outraged over Syracuse fans posting on the OTL page that he mustered enough courage to go on FB and post in 5 different statuses and make his own as well, releasing info that "detective Santana" would probably be furious got out, all the while engaging and initiating argument all night. I dont think hes for real, although he does scare the ^%$# out of me. And so do your posts Bees, you're like the most pessimistic poster ive ever seen in regards to Bernie, its like waiting for Eeyore to comment on the situation lol. Im just playin man.

I'm not pessimistic because I am still on the side that it will all be OK for the program (not sure Bernie will be). But I'm just trying to convince people that it isn't some slam dunk thing and we should all be concerned. As to that Tomaselli guy, I would have guessed 100% troll just to get a rise out of SU fans until he mentioned Santana. I guess he could have googled Syracuse police detectives or even known of him if he has cny connections. Just spooky that he dropped the name.

Googling a detective name is nothing. I've seen some people like this with no life dig up personal and family history on the person they were trolling, calling up house numbers pretending to be the police, arranging for gift deliveries from involved third parties, etc. This one has not even put in a remotely average effort into it. Some people just have nothing better to do.

I think the fact that the kid is admitting he was molested on his own FB page where he has lots of friends as well as OTL, and the fact that he knew the name of a detective in the Abused Persons Unit of the SPD is nothing to sneeze at. Sure he could have Googled for the name but imo, that is not likely. I think the kid is legit and sleep tonight will need to be assisted.

Anybody can just go around adding friends, doesnt mean any of them really know him. Like people in other threads said, some people are messed up enough to google that name and drop it and play this game or maybe even its a fake profile. This would mean Bernie Fine, as we know him, older man Bernie Fine was molesting him, bc this guy looks early-mid 20's? I certainly dont believe that someone involved in an investigation would take to fb, but the other two are so crazy that it fits the pattern.

Also his fb page is devoid of any content. He has like 3 status updates with one person liking each one. Nothing on there leads me to believe hes even a real person or the person behind the computer is him...very sketchy, but like i said, weve seen it all with Davis and Lang
