His FB page is 100% fake and he's trolling OTL because he's a distrirbed individual with nothing to do.

As someone who frequents forums where they do actual professional trolling, this is 100% fake and is not actualy well done. Now the bored people off those forums would actually get 10-20 people to support him and collaborate all the evidence to rile up even more people.

1) Create a fake page with a picture of a hot girl
2) Friend everyone whose location is listed the city/area you want to target
3) Change to your "real" hooded guy picture or whatever, most people won't bother to defriend you
4) Start trolling, people are now convinced you're from the area beacause of all the friends you have

More professionally done fake pages you also friend 20 or so people who are in on the trolling who post links and comment on your page for a few days. They will also help out in the actual posts later.
