Carney is gonna get a long look. Collins is very raw as a passer, I wouldn't be shocked if Carney became the starter at some point this year.

Carney is straight out of HS. Why is there so much faith in this kid. Ricky is in his 3rd year of college. We better hope Ricky can grow as a starter.

I don't agree with this. Some of the play calls were dumb but he put the ball where it was needed.
The OL picked a bad time to crumble under pressure... whereas they played well for most of the game.

After the drive I saw him have at least two passes dropped and Clemson blitzing the crap out of him. After not prepping to be the starter, I thought he did about as well as you could expect.

I hope Ricky takes the job and runs with it but he's not at LSU and lost out to Angeli here for a reason. Carney can sling it has a much bigger arm and SU wants to throw a lot. It's not a big leap.

Can't get a med redshirt, we're passed the 30% mark of the season. Can still ask for one but likely to be denied

This is game 4 out of 12. 30% of 12 games = 3.6 which gets rounded up to 4.

Problem is Angeli already redshirted in 2022.

He has to apply for a waiver. You know how that goes.

We got a little too cute in the 4th trying to do the opposite of what everyone expected us to do offensively. Not a fair assessment of his game play abilities.
