Ridiculous Harper suspension

Hockey fights I view completely differently, actually.

I didn't even know they still played baseball. The most boring sport ever invented. They should let them hit each other occasionally to spice things. For five minutes people actually paid attention.

He didn't throw it at the pitcher.

He tried, he only missed by a country mile.

He threw at him because he hit two homers off him almost three year ago...bush league...and oh, also because he doesn't like Harper...which seems like you don't as well...Even his own teammates waited a few seconds before running in there, they knew it was ridiculous...

This is how I look at it. Believe me, I'm far from a Harper fan, but I fault Strickland more on this one.

Yeah, when slowed down it looks pretty clear that it slipped out of his hand early before what his release point would've been, and went way off to the side.

According to the commissioner's office, hitting a batter is worse than throwing your helmet at a player?

Stupid.

I think so. Never seen anybody get legit hurt by a helmet throw or can't imagine it gets much speed before it hits someone. A ball, careers have ended by guys getting hit.
