Yeah there is bias but multiple ratings have the state either worst in the country or close to worse in the nation for multiple years. Below are links to multi year rankings of their health care, from multiple sources. So while there is likely geography bias time to time, there is factual evidence it is really lacking in healthcare.

He’s such a great guy. He was invited onto this small college football gambling podcast i listen to. Not only did he come and give great stories for over an hour but he then invited them to spring camp and gave them a tour of the facilities.
