Sean Lewis

I always have they have been a sleeping giant for a very long time. Give this staff two years and they will be competing for the pac title

I doubt it, imagine him bringing in some top recruits and then underperforming.

Great hire by Deion. He got a good young savvy offensive guy with head coaching experience to run his offense. Lewis could only do so much at Kent st. They were starting to go backwards. Leave while you are hot. He can possibly get a p5 job having success with Deion.

Not saying that can’t happen but why do you feel that way? Deion is going to get some stud players. Ucla and USC leaving the conference too.

Well we really know who the brains were and made the o work and why it took a dump when he left...

How Dare You Greta GIF

The best offensive year was after he left
I think Sean is MIdwest guy all the way. Deion is Southeast all the way.

Both have personality plus and probably can recruit anywhere.

This will be interesting to watch.

Which had more to do with Dungey being able to finish the season, than who the OC was.

Also - the D was pretty lethal in ‘18 too.
At least on 3rd downs & turnovers.
The biggest mistake in retrospect was recruiting DeVito for an offense that due to lack of ability to recruit quality OL with regularity required a mobile QB to keep the defenses honest. I think that is the main reason why we struggled so much. Offense literally turned around as soon as Shrader took over despite his earlier passing inadequacies.

Because I see it as an Anfernee Hardaway situation. He hasn’t been a head coach for long. I think, based on his personality, his teams may end up lacking discipline, resulting in underperformance. In either event, if he has a modicum of success, I expect he will leave for a bigger program. I could be wrong. Maybe he will land the next Mike Vick and his coaching won’t matter. I fully expect him to land some 5*.

I wonder where Deion and Sean paths cross. Strange pick for Deion

Good to see someone understands this.

Gotcha. Just have to hire good coaches with schemes like Lewis and let them do their thing. He's an inspiring dude. I guess we will see.

Colorado is going to go from 1-11 to having the most-talked about portal transfer class that will rival Texas A&M’s recruiting class last year.
