I have to say this - I’m really impressed with how Fran reorganized the staff. NFL QB Coach, NFL OL Coach, both well regarded. Pretty much the best DC we could have hoped for. Specials coach has a pretty good resume.

Could be similar to Josh McDaniel’s (I am not saying they are similar coaches strategically or with x’s & o’s) but it could be some guys just don’t mold into the head coach type.

Some guys like Mike tomlin, Fran brown, Saban, Sean Payton were born to be head coaches.

You need to have a specific type of personality to coach a football team. He might not have that. Which isn’t a bad thing. He can clearly coach up the position given his pedigree

I like how you stick Fran into that group. 4 of a kind.
