It’s a developmental group. They’ll play, and some may have decent games. And out of necessity, they may play more than they should - which could change the timeline. But in normal circumstances, this group - based on what level recruits they are - should not be relied on to be starters in the ACC until their junior year.
None of these players are any different than Scoop Jardine, Kris Joseph or Rick Jackson. None of them were full time starters until their junior years. In fact, based on rankings, Jardine, Joseph & Jackson are actually a lot better.
Also, I never said they wouldn’t contribute. Those are your words, not mine. I am just saying this class is average. Need high end talent to maximize it. And we do not have that.
