Peter Carey left the team this summer and it’s kind of a mystery to G-Mac as why he left. Apparently he isn’t playing basketball any longer.

Close game the entire way, but Colgate up 5 with 1:42 left. Siena made some great defensive plays and some dumb offensive plays but still manage to tie it with 2.7 seconds left.

After a Colgate timeout, they take it out on the baseline, Siena played pretty decent defense on their point guard who got the ball and dribbled to half court and banked in a three.

Not too much more that Siena could have done. Siena was favored by 6.5, but Colgate's already played two ranked teams, and we know Langel is a pretty good coach, so you knew there was no way that Siena would jump out to big leads.

Siena's next game at home Friday night against crosstown rival UAlbany team.

Yes, the first 3/4ths of the game, Siena struggled with Colgate's two big guys, but then they stopped going inside. But, their one guard, Cox turned his game up, and he ultimately won the game for Colgate.

But, Mulveÿ definitely would have helped.

Odetoyinbo from Colgate is from my neck of the woods in the north country, 5 blocks off the bench tonight. Never would have imagined him developing him into the player he is. He was extremely uncoordinated and raw early on in HS, then just exploded his junior year while helping Canton get to the final four. Even then I didn't really have him tabbed playing d1, but he kept growing into his body and is seemingly going to have a nice career.

Im bummed Seina lost but it is kind of funny watching GMac lose on a buzzer beater considering how many times he beat other teams that way. Reminds me of a scene from Family Guy.
