GMac is part of the Syracuse family!!!!! He now coaches at Siena, perfectly understandable for Coach B. to support Gerry in any way that he can! I see no issues with that!!

Red was the top ass't under JB. He had more experience than any other Syracuse ass't. He really was an obvious choice if we were going to stay in house. And the A.D. chose him.

No way could JW pick GM over AA. Autry was top asst and more experienced.
It went exactly the way it was supposed to.
GM to Siena for 4 then St. Johns for 5+ til Autry retires after a great run and then Gmac comes back and coaches for 10 more years.
Then it'll be good timing for Buddy.
