If it’s for personal use and you aren’t doing any business/commercial related things, you can drive the vehicle no matter the length up to 26,000lbs


States it right in the CDL manual
Just to clarify, I believe that 26,000 lb limit is GVW not vehicle weight.

Enterprise rent a car often has multi passenger vehicles for rent and their rates are pretty good. It’s the insurance that’s a hang up

Almost definitely need a CDL for that and anyone I know with a CDL will be in there drinking heavily haha
Its only 1400 lbd. CDL is 26,000 lbs. definitely do not need a cdl license for that..
