I just think it’s hilarious that we are 25 games in and Red on Syracuse radio 2 days ago was saying how they brought Kingz in and thought he was just a great shooter. And they just realized he was a good off the dribble finisher and defense and plus defender. Glad it took them 24 games but we got there

One last thought I had, SMU is a very talented team. Enfield did an AWFUL job with substitutions and personnel. That's a top 25 roster all day. I was not impressed with his coaching.

Their guards are pretty small. I was kind of surprised to see such a size difference.

SMU was switching on D all afternoon often giving Cuse a mismatch that they exploited. George came across, gave it up to Kingz and rubbed his defender off leaving Kingz with a 6” advantage on Boopie as he drove to the basket. Donnie and Kyle stayed out of the lane until Kingz started his drive leaving no bigs down low to help. Masterfully designed play.

Such a good win. Those BC, va tech, houston and clemson losses really sting right now. Realistically all games we played well enough to win and if we're sitting at 19-7 right now we're firmly in the tournament. This team has the TALENT to be in the dance. Hope we go on a sick run and somehow make it.

Great win today, and it really feels that this team has the Talent, and just needs good CONSISTENT coaching. Give Red/Coaches credit today! They kept the team motivated, engaged, active, and kept the hot players in. Plus, they drew up the winning play!

Those past losses haunt us, as they all should have been wins. What might have been... and it isn't over yet! Keep it going !

Again, it depends on what “in the conversation” means. We are not going to be on the bubble unless we win out and win a few games in the ACC tournament.

If “in the conversation” means a circle jerk of people saying we should retain Red for another year, then I agree that we will be in the conversation. The people that want to retain Red will be wrong, but we will “be in the conversation.”

That’s probably leaning toward a 8-9 seed as opposed to a play-in team.
