I think we are good until spring ball because I believe the Syracuse players had until 5 days post bowl game to enter.

Haven’t lost many they wanted to keep. On the other side haven’t opened up much roster space either.

Interesting. It could be a situation where he was in the portal and then withdrew his name. Is that type of info retained and documented in the portal somehow where we would know that?

The main thing is he isn't in the portal now. Phew. Hoping he can be an important piece next year.
