Cutcliffe isn't leaving Duke IMO. He had the Ole Miss job in the SEC and did a pretty good job at a tough place and was fired after Eli Manning went to the NFL. Cutcliffe got Ole Miss to the Cotton Bowl and had some success, and he got canned because of the SEC mentality when Ole Miss doesn't realize they were the 4th best brand(now 5th best behind Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Texas A&M) in their division. Cutcliffe is appreciated at Duke and when he could have had the Tennessee job the last 2 times when Derek Dooley and Butch Jones were hired didn't want the job. He is at Duke until he is ready to retire. He will turn Duke into the Northwestern of the ACC. Which is a team with a good offense and if he builds the defense up will be a contender every couple of seasons, but should be a bowl team more times than not. That is perfect for Duke and for the ACC.
