So, who is going to the Clemson game?

This weekend will be beautiful for pumpkin picking. Next weekend the weather might not cooperate. You dont want to potentially have to wait 3 weeks and pick through the leftover pumpkins.

Problem solved. See you in 2 weeks at the dome.
This just seems logical. For all we know it could be snowing the weekend of the 5th. And there is only one remedy to snow in early October. And that's drinking heavily at a tailgate and punching south carolinians in the face (metaphorically speaking of course)

We will be there...in the best seats in the house. But I won't tell you where that is because then everyone will try to sit there.

I will probably have the distinction of driving the farthest, coming from Los Angeles and all.

If anyone is into charity, well, I am driving from Los Angeles. Gas is like 4 buck a gallon. I will me more than happy to accept a freebie. :)

I feel like it would have been more logical to start a thread of

WHO ISNT GOING TO THE CLEMSON GAME.

no?

Tomcat, if you were one of the guys who were belting out "Ohhhhhh" at the top of your lungs with a very good voice, I kept trying to harmonize with you! Yell for me on Saturday so I can see where you are. And yes, I would come up there, although now I can't desert my new friend George, who is also by himself.

Just yell "Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeadle!"
Yes, I am afraid I am one of 'those people'. We are trying to make section 302 the loudest section, not just in the Dome, not just in the Northeast, but the world.

At some point, I will try and yell a Beeeeeeeeeeeeedle. It might be hard to hear during the Clemson game, but I will try.

I would be there if I didn't have a wedding the next day.

I like seeing the locales and the numbers folks are bringing with them. Seems there are quite a few that make my 270 mile trek seem minimal so I'm counting them as extra to the 20-25k that have shown up the first 2 games.

Nice. I have to travel from near CBA down euclid ave to The Dome. One of the reasons I purchased my house is because of how close I am to The Dome for all sporting events..I consider myself very lucky

I'm coming up from NJ with my wife and 2 kids. It's our first family SU football game so I hope we get a good game, good crowd, and good weather. Can anyone recommend a couple tailgating locations?

Um, the West/Fine Lot.

Beadle, I saw you at the Tulane game. Some of the Fine Lot crew sits near the top of 302. We are the boisterous, some might say obnoxious ones. You are welcome to hang with us if you can make it that high up!

Are you guys the ones who bang on the duct work? If so, good job! We're in 304. Lots of silver around us most of the time.

I've missed four home games since 1974 and for two of those, my wife was in labor. Won't be an issue on October 5.
Silly you.. having kids during football season. And how many kids ya got. Two on Saturday during home games, what are the odds?

Yup I'll be there in my season ticket seats in 328 like every game with my wife and parents. Say Hi if you're in my section I'll have my Keeping New York ORANGE shirt on. Likely see many of you at the Fine Lot also.

If you are coming from out of town don't travel without a FULL carload of people. Convince friends to come even if they are football fans and not necessarily SU fans (make them wear orange and yell for the home team) its a big game people should bite, and you get to split your hotel, tailgate together, sing at the top of your lungs in the car (if it was me) and ROADTRIP!

Right in my 'hood

I started banging on the ducts back in 90 up in 316. I used to do the same beats to all the songs as the marching band and i would do RAPID drumming on 3rd downs..got away with it until about 2010 when the ushers started asking me to stop..i have since moved my seat. bastards.
