It's very common on many sites to use 12:00pm as a default setting when the game time as not been announced.

I have YouTubetv and when I was watching some of the Duke/Tenn game last night they had this banner asking us to write in to “save” the ESPN channels. What the what?

Disney and YTTV are in a carriage dispute. It'll be resolved at the last minute as is the norm.

Deadline is 11:59pm on Oct 30th. Just in time to blackout our game with UNC on Halloween night. Disney has an incentive to not make a deal with the intention that YouTubeTV subscribers affected would switch to Hulu Live TV. Sounds like something that should be an antitrust problem if it isn't already.

These are absolutely no win situations. ESPN wants more money. Youtube doesn't want to raise prices. But if it plays hardball with ESPN, then YouTube TV loses subscribers while ESPN is blacked out. So, in the end, ESPN gets what it wants, and the consumer will pay more for Youtube TV. And that's why your cable bill is always going upDeadline is 11:59pm on Oct 30th. None of these blackouts that get threatened prior to the start of whatever season never come to fruition. It's always a leverage play and the blackout never comes (and the bill only goes in one direction).

Sometimes a blackout occurs. ESPN has gone dark for short periods on a few carriers in recent years.
This dispute is fascinating because the guy who now runs YouTube TV’s negotiation used to be the guy who ran ESPN’s negotiations with carriers.

Of course I switched to You Tube TV a few months ago. Then again, do I want to watch the horror show in the Dome?
