Something I think that hasn’t been addressed

Anyone else think that our receiving corps had way too many drops yesterday, like, those are catches at any other P5 program, but just slip through Courtney Jackson or Taj’s hands? No? Just me? I’ll see myself out…

I just wish the offense had the fight in the dog like the defense has. I understand that folks think an offense has to play under control. But there is a balance there too. I have been critical of WRs who pout or act up during games. But I want guys to play with a little more toughness. Things will never always go your way. But looking cool and calm only gets you so far. Fight for a ball like it’s your last meal. Hold onto that ball like it’s a golden ticket. Lower your shoulder. I think our OL and TEs have that attitude. I’d like to see more of it from the other offensive positions - other than a guy here and a guy there. We’re not good enough to play smooth and cool. That’s PAC10 stuff. This is northeast football. Or just let the defense play both ways.

Tommy throws bullets on the short passes too. He has no touch, and almost takes his receivers head off.

If our young receivers can’t beat out the receivers playing, they must be awful because our starting receivers are dreadful. Harris is extremely overrated. Let me know when he makes a contested catch.

i can't 100% vouch for the accuracy here but it was reported by a raspy voiced announcer on radio that immediately following taj's 51 yd reception coach baber's approached him and said "you owe me 1 more" or something to that effect. again just what i heard on the am frequency.
