Remarkable. I'd bet that's the first time a team lost 11 in a row then beat 2 top 5 teams.
#3 Purdue also lost at home tonight... albeit to #14 Ohio St, a much better team than St. John;s
Wright only used seven, with one guy playing only 5 minutes. Damn it, now everyone will be doing it.Checked the box score. Sju only played 6 guys

Just like the zone, JB is always the innovator.
best back to back wins any team will have all year.

Until we win UNC and Duke?best back to back wins any team will have all year.
The powers that be should listen to JB & also expand the Dance as he believes too...Johnnies proving again JB's genius status.
Until we win UNC and Duke?
Nova is a lot better than UNC.Until we win UNC and Duke?
Correct. This is entirely subjective as seen through my orange-colored gogglesNova is a lot better than UNC.
Ill reserve that for the final four w’s for the nat champs

Ever watch Tarks UNLV or Fresno teams?
Yes. Not the same zone.
Outside of playing tougher D when the opposing team passes the half court line I don't see much difference.
They’d bring their guards much further out basically playing m2m out too which would make them more susceptible to getting beat off the dribble yet harder to shoot a 3. Our zone is meant to get a shooter to take their 3’s from a bit further out away from their comfort zone.
I don't disagree at all, but the movement from the frontcourt is almost exact. It's very similar.
