I over my years have noticed certain men just have a downword talk towards woman that i dont hear when they speak to men. Maybe they grew up and the dad talked to the mom that way or he is just a d k. Either way its wrong.

And at Stanford of all places. All these national search committees and vetting processes and no inkling of these behaviors were discerned… Really.
Of course RFK Jr somehow became a cabinet level secretary so is there any correlation between qualified candidates getting jobs they’re suited for?

One thing I’ve learned is the idea we are a meritocracy is a lie. It may have been true at one point - it hasn’t been connected to reality for any of my adult life. I’ve watched more than once as the incompetent and arrogant son of an executive rapidly rose up the ranks - there is no union stronger or more fiercely loyal than the c-suite union.

In regards to this guy, it sound like he might be a jerk to everyone but saying he’s a jerk to female staffers is the quickest way to get rid of him. I suspect this is a deserved coup with broad support, so he’s not going to survive it.

Not a comment on this particular story but at the Stanford game I remember saying "Man they have a lot of staff on the sideline". I can't remember a larger travel group of non-players.
