He shouldn’t be getting a pay check if he can’t perform. That money can go to someone who adds value. You lose your right to be protected from embarrassment when you pocket mid six figures

Look, none of us know whether Vollono is coaching up the right techniques and the players aren’t executing or vice versa. But what you want to see out of a coaching staff after mistakes is for things to get better and eventually right. Things seem to be getting worse which is troubling. I’m not going to pretend I know what the answer is but I want to see changes whether it be in personnel, formation or coaching staff.

I hope this gets taken care of. With decent special teams, our wins would have been much more convincing. We actually dominated in games that looked close because out special teams were so horrible.

Agreed. What we have seen is that Fran Brown makes adjustments as necessary in game. We have seen improvement with players. I expect Fran Brown to address the issues you laid out. I expect that we see results, to the extent the players are capable. We cannot pick up a new kicker mid-season, we have what we have for this season.

That said, any coaching issues will be addressed and if there is no improvement Brown will have to let the STC coach go. Besides, we have seen that ADJW is not afraid of stepping in and holding coaches' feet to the fire. There will be improvement if coaching is the problem.
