Caught the last part of a news report that SU has approached the PTB about playing a NIT home game in the the Blue Cross arena in Rochester. Has anybody else heard that?

should play at OCC if it’s available.

I would have thought that Blue Cross was too small for a "National Game" . Turns out it holds upwards of 14k . How big is the arena in Syracuse? Just curious.

Latest is BlueCross is unavailable and Wildhack is scrambling for a venue
that and this team is now gonna go on a run and get invited to Dayton

However, Blue Cross is out because they have Wrestling scheduled.

Thanks. That may have been part of the story but was cooking and lost continuity. Strange they asked about a specific date. First round is multiple days.

There is also the AHL team, indoor lax team though they usually play on weekends. They should be done with the Sectional Finals for bball and state qualifier games there by that time in March.
They just might not have a big enough staff to quickly transition between hockey, wrestling and bball. Its a minor league operation after all
