I don't think I did, I always feel that Su can win these games in the big east where most here will play the talent card as to why we can't. We beat wvu last year but they now have a great offense and great offensive coordinator... Probably will prove not to be a great hc at some point but anyway,

I think if you use the odds of Syracuse scoring 42 points, establish those odds as your baseline and then move down from there.. So it depends on onces confidence in the offensive gameplan

Anyone thinking we'll get in a shootout with them is going to be in for disappointment. We may not like SU trying to be a power run, short controlled passing team, but that's going to be the order of the day against WVU. With the goal of keeping that offense off the field as much as possible. Certainly how WVU will gameplan on D, as I'm sure they do for many of their games.

I just hope we put up a good showing. WVU in the 2nd half has been disturbing, but they keep the door open in the first half. Need to take advantage and then come up with something good at the break.

their only chance is to hurt smith and hope the backup can't play. that's obviously not very sporting, let's just hope he goes to the phil thomas school of cramp prevention

I tend to think that teams take on the character of their head coaches. Because of that, I believe that SU has a chance to beat WVU this year. Holgerson does not strike me as a very stable character, and I could see his team crumbling if they get hit by a few bad shocks. My tickets arrived in the mail today, and I'll be there to make as much noise as possible when the hillbillies come to the line of scrimmage on offense. If things go well, my voice will give out around the time SU pulls off the upset. I'm looking forward to checking out the Varsity, since that sounds like a pretty nice tradition. I loved watching the video of the SUMB at the Varsity after the Toledo game, since that gave me a chance to see my daughter enjoying college life.

Whats scary about WVU is that Geno Smith misses a ton of throws he should make - but they still put up 40+ points a game. He gets very jittery if you get even an ounce of pressure on him - good time to get Chandler back.
