Really hope Red can get it done on the coaching front because the talent and roster make up aspect is exciting. You have legit talent gunning for the opportunity behind the projected starters and that includes nearly everyone. Confidence of Kiyan, Sadiq and Fennell I doubt will be an issue. It’s possible all 3 could have started last year with the mess we had of a roster ( that’s not over hyping them at all just the reality of the roster we had).

Look forward to Fennell getting here after a really impressive run at the U19 World Cup and then seeing the new big man get his paperwork done so he’s here as well.

Kingz with a nice two hand, bounce pass to Sourre. Low stance and under control. Fundamentally very sound. Bell could not make that simple play, besides having to dribble too.

Just highlights, but I’ve noticed Kingz doing a lot of impressive things on both ends.

Yup… I don’t want to layer expectations but this kid gives Wes Johnson vibes ( obviously different style of play and games). I really think he was a steal and we got him as he’s on an upward trajectory development wise that wasn’t as evident last year due to coming off the ACL injury ( while yet still being very impressive).

Space the floor with his shooting, hustle on defense and make the extra pass when teams crash on him.

Thank goodness Kline was hired, night and day with roster building.

Back up PG seems solid/strong and quick, reminds me of Symir Torrence maybe he can give us minutes on defense being a ballhawk and distribute the ball on offense.

FYI… Sadiq practiced on Monday and participated at the Summer Slam Event on Tuesday. He was in a boot (left) at the farm on Wednesday. Hopefully, it is more precautionary than anything else.
