By the way the 72 Sold ad breaks AZ real estate law most likely. Not sure what will happen, but 72 sold has been in trouble before for advertising practices. While the brokerage is Hague, it is how they use 72 sold. It is already being strongly discussed in my RE forum. Not sure if that ad was just in AZ as Greg Hague in local, but I think 72 sold has gone national. Just saw it again. Only in AZ and definitely a violation.
