I'll reach double 7 in the 1st year of the contract, and I never consider myself old.
You will only be 14 in 2023, bagger?

Hopefully he will be on to bigger things by then and the program will be in the capable hands of one of his disciples.
What? Um, no. Hopefully he is HERE coaching towards a national championship. Worry about protégés laterHopefully he will be on to bigger things by then and the program will be in the capable hands of one of his disciples.
Kudos to the new staff on doing this. It has been far too long since we last played the Black Knights.
Really good move. West Point is a great place to watch a game. The history, the scenery and the location, between the two biggest hubs of Syracuse fans in CNY and NYC, make it a place we should travel to in large numbers...
What? You mean you don't already.I'll qualify for Senior Citizen ticket pricing by then.

jeah boy. Great series
I'm just being realistic. If the program performs well enough that he gets scooped up by a powerhouse or the NFL, that will be a good thing. Not sure why you'd hope that. I hope he's still leading us to great success.
But, but, but ... they're not leaving the State of New York!
Great, ESPN will have a map of Syracuse Football "Home" games by then...

I'm 78 now.I hope I'm still around to see the game.I used to love going to West point and Annapolis .I'll qualify for Senior Citizen ticket pricing by then.

That's basketball...home game! But, but, but ... they're not leaving the State of New York!
I think we need to stop thinking this way. If Syracuse gets good for a few years it could be a solid player in the CFB landscape. And the revenue gap will be greatly diminished in the coming few years as well, if what we are hearing about the ACC network is to be believed. Syracuse should have the resources to hang onto any excellent coach. We'll see what transpires as time goes onI'm just being realistic. No thanks. What is the fascination with the Army and SUNY? SU is private, let UB play the Danes and Stonybrook. IMO, Div1 football is a national game played on a national stage, period. Playing SUNY schools does nothing for the football team except put a notch in the W column. But why not keep playing the Richmonds, RIs, Novas, etc. and get exposure outside the crappy state of ny, which does not develop a whole lot of talent anyway. As for Army, I never understood the desire by many on this board to play them, however I'm not going to rant against it like I would the SUNY schools, I mean they are a still a legit D1 program. So is UB but I remember our prior series with them. It was extremely boring, no hype at all. I had more fun with Toledo and CMU.SU should be playing a rotation SUNY Albany, SUNY Stonybrook, and Colgate at home and should always have either UB or Army home or away.
