Tommy and Taj get along well. Taj is passionate, and immature. I like his fire. Wish more of our players had his drive. Hes going to be fine.

Oh, how I hate that response. We used to hear it all the time with guys like McEnroe. It's just his desire to win, that's all. Total B.S.. the guy he is playing, the one acting like an adult, he wants to win too. He just isn't a jerk. When you consistently show up your teammates, give gestures best not given on tv, and just act like a child, that isn't fire. Let's call it what it really is, a immature jerk. Now, can he grow and change. 100% yes. I know I did. And when I was a kid, I acted a lot like that, Except the part about showing up a teammate. That is where coaching comes in.

Yup. I'm taking the optimistic view that he has learned his lesson, grown up, and will go out with a dominant senior season and lead us to a bowl.
