Really unfortunate to see but I can't fault him for it. He's talented and has the capability of being a match-up problem with his size and ability to stay in and block. He was woefully underutilized this year. I fully expect him to have a productive season wherever he ends up and I wish him nothing but the best.

Can’t blame any TE for wanting out. so underutilized its ridiculous. wouldn’t shock me to see Luke leave at some point too, that kid would be a weapon for a coach that knew how to use him.

How would that have worked? We didn't have a QB available that could complete more than 50% of their passes while only throwing 10 yards or less downfield.

Hackett was the only one vocal on returning to Cuse. Doesnt mean others won't return, but many felt Hackett was one of the few definites, and yet...

It's interesting because presumably they have already been discussing a plan for the offense if Hackett is not being asked back. It's interesting because the DNAof Dinos potentially final make or break team is commencing.
