10.3? I didn't see anything that fast. When I looked up his high school track stuff I saw a one time 10.5 as a PR (which is still blazing, especially at that size) and a bunch of other 10.8s. Not sure how much he weighed then. Those were from 11th grade. I didn't see anything from senior year.
