Great recruiter. Great defensive coach. Doesn’t always play well with others. Could be a solid hire, but could be an absolute disaster as well. It’ll get real interesting when they start losing games and the fans start complaining.

He was the DC at FSU in 2013 when they made their run. However, I read several allusions to the fact that he left Tallahassee early after that NC b/c of "female trouble", possibly multiple - apparently real information darkly hinted at by several (more, really) fans on an FSU web site.
