It's kinda long, but it's great hearing him. He makes the switch seem driven by a real commitment from the university to develop a general championship caliber sports department. He made a clear point that SU was ready due to the SEC's rumblings from a couple of years ago. It sounded like they were ready when the ACC came calling.
