The 2022 Sean Tucker Thread...

Good for him, that’s how I think nil is supposed to work, not deep pocket boosters writing outsized checks for no return in value.

market rates for promotional work, royalty based licensing deals. The kid is marketable, but my guess five figures.
Does he have any shirts or other items?

Want to see this young fella run all over our rivals, and will particularly enjoy it against:
L’ville
PITT
Clemson
Oh, and ND

In that order.
FSU is near the top of mine. And NCSU. Animosity’s building.

We've all accepted that Sean Tucker looks like Ludacris long ago correct? Now Luda that's been locked in a weight room for 2 years straight but still...

Do opposing boards do look alike threads or can we do it for our own?

He Gone! (Two pages deep and nobody said it yet so......)

Syracuse has scheduled 12 games and hopefully a bowl game... If Tucker gets 28 carries a game, keeps his average of 6.1 ypc, he'll be the top rushing yards guy on our history. Without needing a full career!

12 plus ACC title game and a playoff game/bowl game... Only needs 26 carries a game.

He averaged 20.5 carries last season where he was the featured attraction of a limited offense that rarely could pass the ball effectively.

Would be really surprised if he ran the ball even more in 2022. Hopefully with a much improved passing attack, his carries will be about the same, maybe down slightly. But his yards per carry up.

Very interest to see how Coach Anae uses Sean.

You are probably right. Although... More first downs means more touches for everybody. Maybe we also get back to quick tempo, which also means more touches.

It would be a big increase, even if he's heavily featured.

He does look substantially bigger than last year, maybe in anticipation of an even bigger workload?

I wonder if he has less rushing touches; but he will have more receiving touches.
Yes that would be a very good assumption. when interviewed during the spring game it sounded like Tucker even implied he'd get more receptions this season.

Getting more receiving touches would be good for his draft status. NFL wants backs who can run and catch.
