IMO, FSU was much better last year and Virginia this year, does not have the guy who can make big shots for them like they had with Hunter, and Guy/Jerome.

I don't see either of them going to the FF, but this is a weird year, so who knows.

everyone else is just a crap shoot.. They all have their nights, all very athletic but helter skelter styles.

WV for the life of me dont get how they have the record they do.. Tex/Ok is the same team in different Unis.. run around and hope the game is out of control.

Iowa has not looked like the same team in 6-7 weeks.. But they took it to OSU after getting blown out by Mich

B12 is better than B10 to me though.

If Clemson wins we are locked into the 8 seed before Duke-UNC tips off.
Then if UNC wins we would play NC State.
If Duke won we would play them.

If Clemson loses we can become the 7 if Duke beat UNC.

Edit: So, really, I want to root for Clemson to lose and Duke to win, which suits me since I have many friends and family members who are Duke fans. And I DON’T want to play Duke on Wednesday.

I dont either.. But I think on the days they play well its better than some of the other teams best days.. they all have way more issues than ever this yr..

its like some teams look great when they make you turn it over but when you dont they struggle.. Sure teams look good when they make 50% from 3 but what do they do when they dont have that.

For all the SU issues they won alot of games where they dont shoot well or get a ton of gift pts.. Its been those few halves where the D just fell apart that cost them this yr.

Its been like 50 yrs since a team went all the way.. So if you throw Gonz out how many other teams do you trust.. to me other than Mich having like 1-2 bad games I wouldnt be surprised on anyone making it to the finals this yr.. I dont trust 1 team in the ACC to play 4 good games. Maybe Baylor/ILL do and after that crap shoot. give me very team outside the top 20 and If 2 make it I wouldnt be surprised..

Rutgers beats Minnesota in OT. Minnesota had a couple horrible turnovers late in regulation that really cost them the game.

Rutgers was probably in anyway but a loss here and early in the conf tourney could’ve made things interesting.

Agree, we may have caught a huge break (if UVA wins tonight). Virginia lost to a terrible San Francisco team who is 11-14 and 8th in a very weak conference. They also just lost at home to NC State. FSU has been crushing most people -- just in terms of good teams, they beat NC State by 30, beat UVA and Clemson by 20 each, and had double-digit wins against Georgia Tech, Florida, and Louisville. We really don't want to play FSU coming off a loss, so root hard for UVA tonight.

I don’t agree. We are more susceptible to a close game with UVA and a better matchup THAN Florida State!

We cannot defend FSU and if they miss they arc going to crush us on offensive glass.We have a better chance of defending Virginia than FSU any day.

Florida State depth and offensive rebounding would destroy us! We can match up athletically and size wise with Virginia, especially w/Jesse! At least trying to give us some more size inside

I think we match up much better with Virginia than Florida State no matter who FSU has in the game. Their defense and offense is led by a 6 8 lottery pick point guard,nothing more needs to be said. And Marques Gray is a nightmare.

They're a really good shooting team. Though it's probably the worst defensive team they've had since Bennett really got it going there

In fairness that was CoVid pause impacted I believe. If we play D like we did in the second half vs ND we can beat UVA. Their offense is not that complex. They will screen the zone with Huff and Hauser and look to get as many open jumpers as possible. The UNC version of Jesse would be a huge help. If we can keep UVA under control from 3 we can beat them. It's not an easy task for sure but they have not looked anything like the team that crushed us of late.

Yeah I didn’t explain myself well. Their metrics were helped tremendously by their top teams dominating the ACC. I know people are poo pooing Wisconsin, but they beat Louisville by 40. Purdue, Ohio State, and Illinois won their games as well. Maryland beat Clemson by 16.

Clemson beat Maryland by 16, not vice versa lol.
