The Big East wins Day 1

Despite all the criticism for their seeds and expectation for struggles, the Big East did shine in Day 1 of the tourney.

4-0 and decent margins for every victory as well.

Georgetown by 20+
Xavier by 19 over Ole Miss
Butler by 8 over Texas
Nova wins it's 1-16 game by 41 points.

Not sure what Georgetown game you are talking about. ESPN has the score of the GTown game as 84-74.

The game they were up by 23 and then started to gag. I made the post when they were way ahead. Either way the point of the post still stands.
